Project Management
Once designs and plans are agreed upon, building commences and progresses from the foundation to structures, installations, interiors,exteriors fit offs amongst others. During the entire process of project management at Diamond Homes we give maximum priority to Quality and Customer Service. Including taking you through your site every fortnight throughout the entire build or unless specified otherwise the building supervisor will meet with you to show you around the site, providing you an opportunity to view the progress.
Professional Services
At Diamond Home Constructions we are also able to provide you with qualified personal for Mortgage advice, Legal advice, Architectural advice, Investment advice, along with Local government advice for permits etc.
Handing Over
Once your new home is finalized and ready for handover, Diamond Homes will provide you with the Certificate of Occupancy along the keys to your brand new home. Whilst you will be the proud owner of your home, we at Diamond Homes will be the proud builders for yet another satisfied customer.
Building Warranty
We believe that having confidence in the house you live in is a must and hence provide you with a 7 year building warrantee.
